Share
How can we use our emotions positively on our spiritual path? How do you acknowledge others hurting you? How do you deal with anger? Ram Dass answers questions on these topics in this audio set.

“When you want to become free, your righteousness and anger are much less interesting than they used to be.”

Appreciated this; I found this idea that anger can be constructive if done in love…so it is a play…part of the “storyline”~ Yes, similar to a peak experience; life is not always dull…but it must be constructive; the key, Anger always had negative connotations because of its potential for violence…but if it is like “an action in time saves nine” and one is loud..ok…No physical violence and not too much loud…yes, in desperation we all have these drama moments and we accept them as a part of being real too…it is pretty difficult to appear to not care, and is that good for emotional development? Thank you for these wonderfully wise words Baba Ram Dass ((( <3 ))) :)
