Ram Dass Sadhana Satsang: Morning Mantra Meditation With Ellen Miles
We’re taking a short break from our October mantra practice while Nina Rao is in India, but we’re excited to return in November!
Join us for a soul-nourishing hour of mantra, presence, and community as we gather to chant the Mahamṛtyuñjaya Mantra—the great mantra of liberation and healing.
This ancient prayer invokes the energy of Shiva as the conqueror of death, offering renewal, courage, and peace amid life’s constant change. Together we’ll explore the mantra’s sound, meaning, and rhythm—allowing its vibration to move through body, mind, and heart.
Over the course of the hour, we will:
🌼 Learn the mantra’s pronunciation and significance
🌼 Chant together 108 times (or as many as time allows)
🌼 Rest in the stillness that follows sacred sound

All are welcome—no prior experience needed. Come as you are, chant from your heart, and feel the collective vibration of devotion.
To prepare, you’re welcome to listen to a recording of Shantala, Ellen & Nina’s teacher, chanting this mantra HERE.
Our next gathering after this will be December 16, when Nina Rao returns to lead us in a special end-of-year chant session.
See you soon!
With love and gratitude,
Jackie Dobrinska
