Women’s Satsang: Ages & Stages of Women with Jennifer Fritschy

Dharma means “the way things are.” This month in the women’s Satsang, we are discussing the natural stages of a woman’s life from a spiritual and functional perspective, specifically the stage of menopause. Meeting this transition head-on can feel daunting, but by using concepts like presence, witness, and “Be Here Now,” we can slow down, connect with ourselves, and even find a peaceful heart in the midst of the turmoil. And we can discover the incredible power inherent in this stage of life, owning our vital, healthy, and wise selves.
About Jennifer
Listening to Ram Dass on long road trips is where Jennifer fell into harmony with his teachings, and they have molded her practice ever since. Jennifer has over 20 years as a licensed acupuncturist and a certified Functional Medicine practitioner. She particularly enjoys working with women to support them on their journeys through all stages of life and she is currently writing a book “The Space In-Between,” with the intention of helping her readers to find the space between their menstruating self and the new self they are becoming. “The Space In-Between” is scheduled for release in late 2023.

The Women’s Satsang has been formed to help cultivate heart connection and allyship among people within the Ram Dass Community who identify as women, whether cis gender, non-conforming, or non-binary women. As an autonomous group, our purpose is
- to deepen into the teachings of Ram Dass and Neem Karoli Baba from a female perspective
- to foster connection and mutual empowerment within the Ram Dass Community, and
- bring forward the wisdom of women for the benefit of all beings and the earth.
