Still Your Thoughts – Part 1:
“We are all addicted to methods we use to get to the light”. The problem with these methods is that they all involve an object. These objects, though they may seem like they will bring peace, ultimately lead beings into isolation, anxiety, and dualism. Ram Dass encourages us to try and bring our point of thought to one place to observe these desires and methods at work, which in turn makes it easier to let them go.
Still Your Thoughts – Part 2:
In this talk Ram Dass discusses how to quiet your thoughts and become like a newborn baby. Through this practice, one can make all things new. Total contentment means acceptance of this moment in its entirety, without analyzing and interpreting events through thought forms.
