Sadhana Satsang: Morning SILENT Meditation With Rameshwar Das

July 8 @ 6:00 am - 7:00 am PDT

Need a quiet moment to come home to yourself?

Join us for our Monthly Silent Meditation with Rameshwar Das—a grounding hour to step away from the noise, rest in shared presence, and reconnect with what matters.

In this 60-minute Zoom session, we’ll gently drop into stillness together. No pressure, no pretense—just a simple space to be.

Here’s what to expect:

  • 🌟 Opening & Intention – A warm welcome and brief centering.
  • 🧘 Silent Sit – Settle into 20 minutes of shared quietude.
  • 📖 Contemplative Teaching – Rameshwar will share a short reflection or reading.
  • 🌿 Integration Sit – Another 15 minutes to absorb and rest in the silence.

You’re welcome to stay after for a casual Q&A or group sharing—an open space to reflect, ask, or simply be together.

Whether it’s your first time meditating or your thousandth, this space is for you. Come exactly as you are.

We look forward to sharing this quiet space with you.
