Raghu Markus
Executive Director
Raghu Markus spent 18 months in India with Neem Karoli Baba and Ram Dass. He has been involved in music and transformational media since the early 1970s, when he was program director of CKGM-FM in Montreal.
In 1974, he collaborated with Ram Dass on the box set Love Serve Remember. In 1990, he launched Triloka Records, which established itself as a critical leader in the development of world music. For 17 years, Triloka was home to such artists as Krishna Das, Hugh Masekela, Walela, Jai Uttal and transformational media projects that featured Ram Dass, Deepak Chopra, and Les Nubians.
Raghu lives in Ojai, California, and is the Executive Director of the Love Serve Remember Foundation. In 2016, he co-founded the Be Here Now Network, where he hosts the Ram Dass Here & Now podcast, as well as his own Mindrolling podcast. He is the producer of Becoming Nobody, a Ram Dass documentary feature film that was released in 2019.
Mangala Dolinar
Project Director & Label Manager
After a transformative spiritual experience in 2018, Mangala got turned onto the teachings of Ram Dass and the wisdom of Neem Karoli Baba. By the following year, she had traveled to India and immersed herself in the bhakti and buddhist teachings and practices. By autumn 2019, Mangala began working for LSRF as Project Manager, assisting with the Becoming Nobody film release and over the years has adopted many hats, including founding Label Manager of Soul Land Records. In her evolution to Project Director, you can see evidence of Mangala's work and influence in our online courses, musical releases, artistic collaborations, livestreams, retreats, external outreach efforts, movies, books, and more.
Mangala has a degree in Psychology and Interdisciplinary Social Sciences with a focus in Child Development from the University of Buffalo in NY, where she was born and raised. After exploring various career paths, from Zipline Park manager, to Line Cook and Inpatient Therapist, Mangala's unique skills, experience, talents, and eye for organization have made her the ideal person to oversee the many diverse projects and operations at Love Serve Remember Foundation.

Rachael Fisher
Creative Director
Rachael began working with the Love Serve Remember Foundation in 2012, soon after graduating from UNC-Asheville with a degree in Communications and Commercial Media. Her introduction to Ram Dass came only after she became involved with the foundation; she subsequently traveled to India twice to learn about the Bhakti Yoga tradition and follow in Ram Dass’s early footsteps.
Rachael co-founded the Be Here Now Network and over the last decade has helped to produce numerous films, books, digital retreats, and online content to creatively translate Ram Dass's wisdom to a new generation. Rachael's interest in photography, writing, design, jewelry making, travel, and exploring the outdoors is what inspires that creativity. After growing up in Asheville, NC, she now resides in Southern California.
Corey Leonard
Executive Producer, Be Here Now Network
Corey Leonard has been the Executive Producer for the Be Here Now Network since its launch in 2016, helping to grow it into a platform featuring diverse voices and perspectives that now reaches over a million people each month. Corey is passionate about creating spaces where timeless teachings can be explored and experienced by people from all walks of life. With 18 years of experience in production management, he uses his eclectic background to connect spiritual teachings and fresh ideas with audiences in creative and accessible ways.
Outside of Be Here Now Network, Corey also provides consultation, graphic design, and audio restoration services for non-profits focused on preserving wisdom traditions and building community. In his free time, he enjoys composing music, nature photography, and gravel biking, which inspire the curiosity and attention to detail he brings to his work.
Sunanda Markus
Finance & Operations Director
In India in 1972, Sunanda met her guru, Neem Karoli Baba, as well as studied meditation with Theravada Buddhism teacher Shri S.N. Goenka. She has continued her practice of Vipassana meditation since that time, along with actively practicing yoga.
Currently the finance and operations director for the Love Serve Remember Foundation, Sunanda spent decades as the finance director of a small publishing company, while also being involved in the field of contemplative studies. She spent a dozen years as the program coordinator for the Academic Program of the Center for Contemplative Mind, and then managed the grants program for the Mind & Life Institute.
As part of the nonprofit world, Sunanda has served on the boards of the Insight Meditation Society and the Seva Foundation, chairing the foundation for three years. She was an active member of the Seva Guatemala Project, supporting integrated community development. Sunanda currently lives in Fairfax, CA.
Kelly Rego
Director of Marketing and Be Here Now Network
Kelly Rego is an Integrated Marketing & Media Specialist. An Emerson College alumni, Kelly has over 15 years experience of facilitating projects into reality. She has worked as a Peace Corps Volunteer with women’s groups and dairy cooperatives in Costa Rica, a media strategist and buyer in New York City, and has produced a full-length documentary.
Kelly is the Marketing Director for Ram Dass’s Love Serve Remember Foundation, as well as the project manager of Be Here Now Network, a podcast network dedicated to spirituality, mindfulness, and personal growth. She currently lives in Maui.
Tania Rodriguez
Webstore Operations Director
Tania oversees the operations of the Love Serve Remember Shop from the beautiful mountains of North Carolina. When she’s not tending to the shop, you’ll find her spending time with her cats, hiking trails, or offering seva in her community. Her walk on the spiritual path led her to the feet of Neem Karoli Baba, whose presence continues to guide her life.
Radha (Brittany Staples)
Social Media Manager
Radha joined the Love Serve Remember Foundation in 2020 after meeting Raghu Markus on pilgrimage in India the following year, where she was given the opportunity to help promote the Be Here Now Network podcasts. She now oversees video content creation and shares the teachings of Baba Ram Dass across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter (X).
Through her seva (selfless service), Radha continues to embody and share the teachings of Neem Karoli Baba and Ram Dass in her daily life, guided by His loving awareness.
KP (KrishnaPrem)
AV Engineer & Producer
KP (KrishnaPrem) contracts as an AudioVisual Engineer and Producer for LSRF. He lived with and served Ram Dass as his caregiver from 2012 - 2019, where he learned to practice devotion. KP loves music, nature and his people.
Sara Chase
Podcast Production & Content Manager
Sara has been with LSRF since 2021, producing podcasts and writing show notes for the Be Here Now Network. She also manages copyright claims, compiles social listening reports, and curates handpicked lists of meaningful user generated content. With a life-long interest in spiritually, art, and healing, Sara finds great joy in using her creative talents to make LSRF’s spiritual and educational content engaging and accessible to all.
Sara holds a B.A. in Studio Art, a M.A. in it English & Innovative Writing, and most recently an M.S.W. in Clinical Social Work. Her work is grounded in the belief that creativity and healing are deeply intertwined, and she enjoys weaving together her diverse academic and professional background into all that she does.
Outside of her role at LSRF, Sara is devoted to animal welfare. Her helper-spirit thrives in her volunteer work with a local cat rescue, where she serves as a critical foster, fundraiser, and community advocate. Based in Buffalo, NY, she spends her free time exploring nature, writing, petting dogs, and listening to old folk tunes.
Mike Crall
Retreats & Public Events Organizer
In 2003, Mike left a 30-year career in the Consumer Electronics Industry, moving to Maui in search of “Being in Service.” Originally inspired by the Ram Dass / Mirabai Bush book “Compassion in Action: Setting Out on the Path of Service” coupled with practices of Service Leadership modalities, Mike embarked on volunteerism with Maui-based organizations that include(d) Maui Humane Society, Maui Dharma Center, Hospice Maui, Aloha in Action, Kirtan Wallah Foundation, and Hanuman Maui.
Originally Ram Dass’ Maui public events organizer and retreat volunteer beginning in 2004, Mike was selected to join the original founding Love Serve Remember Foundation team in 2008 and has been organizing Ram Dass Retreats and Ram Dass Legacy Retreats ever since. In addition, he has been responsible for organizing annual Krishna Das Hawaii Events since 2005, as well as a host of close friends of Ram Dass — including Larry Brilliant, Frank Ostaseski, Roshi Joan Halifax, Jai Uttal, Shantala, Rev. Michael Beckwith, Alan Cohen, Lei’ohu Ryder, Maydeen Iao, Gina Sala, and John Welshons.
Mike is an avid music fan, appreciates good-sounding audio equipment, and enjoys following his favorite bands around. When not immersed in event planning or listening to music, Mike practices meditation, silence, and savoring the view of Haleakala from his desk.

Noah Markus is busy trying to become nobody. There were times when he thought he wanted to be somebody, but those days are happily in the past. Now he spends his time curating Ram Dass content for podcasts, courses, and much more. If you can’t find him, he’s probably lost in Love Serve Remember Foundation’s vast Ram Dass archives. If possible, please send him a rowboat.
