Reimagined: The Life & Teachings of Ram Dass
A 4-Week Journey
Social scientist.
Psychedelic explorer.
Devotee of the heart.
Mindfulness practitioner.
Karma yogi.
Servant of the Spirit.
Replay "The Gift of Ram Dass" Livestream Featuring Jack Kornfield, Raghu Markus and Jackie Dobrinska
Ram Dass was all of these things. His willingness to share the truth about his life and his transformation has impacted millions of people over the years. His spiritual journey has inspired many of us to start our own walk along the path. His shift from ego to soul is an example for us all to follow.
Ram Dass dedicated over five decades of his life to helping people rediscover their own inner resources and pointing them towards the innate freedom that is our birthright and soul’s calling.
He taught many topics throughout his life, but each one fits into the tapestry of humanity that we all share and experience at one point or another.
From love, trust, and intuition, compassion and courage, to relationships and fear, ego, and death, Ram Dass could address life’s big topics from the perspective of universal truth.
Reimagined: The Life and Teachings of Ram Dass is a four-week course that traces Ram Dass’s journey of transformation throughout four life stages. Offering all-new content from our archives and a fresh context for how to apply his wisdom to our own lives, we will open up to the possibility of taking off our masks and reconnecting to our loving, compassionate hearts.
Retrace Ram Dass’ path from a Harvard professor feeling stuck in his role to an explorer of the deepest realms of consciousness; from a wandering Westerner in India to a devoted follower of the path of love; from a devout yogi to a being doing service in the name of the spirit; and from an incarnation trapped in a broken body to a soul swimming in the ocean of love.
In this new course, we combine weekly archival Ram Dass teachings and meditation with live virtual teaching sessions from a fantastic lineup of wisdom leaders, and virtual community gatherings where you can share and connect with Satsang (spiritual community).
Discover how to respond to suffering, engage in service, and practice karma yoga while remaining rooted in loving awareness.
Explore ways to use grace and mindfulness to tap into the transformative power of aging, death, and the soul's journey.
Engage with themes of psychedelics, the Guru, and different ways we can integrate spiritual practice into our lives in a sustainable way.
Finding our balance is a lifelong journey, and we look forward to exploring the most powerful ways we can show up for each other and ourselves in the spirit of Loving Awareness.
“What we are meeting as are these entities or souls or essences that are passing through a set of experiences. We are sharing consciousness as to the nature of these experiences and what their significance is to us as souls. From that point of view, everything in your life is grist for the mill of the awakening of your soul out of its attachments to either the body or the personality or the astrological identity.” – Ram Dass

Your Weekly Course Syllabus

Beginning April 8th
We begin in the realm of the ego, the spacesuits we all wear. Deep down, we can feel that the spacesuit isn’t comfortable, it’s not really who we are. But certain experiences have the power to help us wake up and loosen the attachment we have to our identity. For Ram Dass, it was psychedelics that began his journey into realms of consciousness that few Westerners had ever reached before him.
This week, we explore themes of identity, awakening, and psychedelics.
Featured Dharma Teachers: Jamie Catto, Raghu Markus, and Jackie Dobrinska

Beginning April 15th
We have awakened to our predicament, but now what do we do? How can we further our transformation? For Ram Dass, when he realized that psychedelics could only take him so far, he decided to travel to India in search of deeper wisdom. This led to him finding his guru, embracing spiritual practices such as meditation, and stepping onto the path of love.
This week, we explore themes of the guru, spiritual practices, and the path of love.
Featured Dharma Teacher: Krishna Das

Beginning April 22nd
As much fun as it would be to spend the rest of our lives meditating in a cave in the Himalayas, that is not an option for most of us. We live in a world with other human beings, all on their own journey, and this world is often filled with pain and suffering. How do we respond to that suffering? How do we take the stuff of our lives and turn that into our practice? As Ram Dass often said, we need to learn to be in the world, but not of the world.
This week, we explore themes of suffering, service, and karma yoga.
Featured Dharma Teachers: Mirabai Bush and Krishna Prem (KP)

Beginning April 29th
As our journey comes to a close, we begin to see the fierce grace that often comes with aging and facing death. For Ram Dass, it came in the form of a massive stroke that took away much of his independence and his famed ability as an orator. But with the stroke came the opportunity for him to complete his transformation and truly learn how to rest in his soul. For all of us, Ram Dass left behind a legacy of loving awareness, inviting everyone to identify with our souls as we go for a swim in the ocean of love.
This week, we explore themes of fierce grace, aging, and death.
Featured Dharma Teachers: Ram Dev (Dale Borglum) and Dr. Aditi Sethi

"I’m enjoying this much need re-set. This the first time I’ve used mantras and chants and I have to say it is helping me a lot. I’m so much more aware of my thoughts and the mantra and my breath helps me to usher me back to the present moment. It is amazing once you are aware of your thoughts how on autopilot I have been as of late. This is a huge blessing to me as I’ve been going through some stressful times which also have led me to experience emotional turmoil. I’m feeling much better now and feel like I have a better outlook as I know I’m more than these thoughts and emotions."
