There are tools and techniques that one can make use of to have a happier life – and these tools do not require a belief system. It’s about the possibility of re-training the condition of the mind in a way so that old patterns of pushing away or holding on can be challenged and relinquished into a whole new way of relating to our experience.

In order for us to be able to make these teachings available to everyone, we need your support. As Ram Dass says, “When you see the Beloved all around you, everyone is family and everywhere is love.” We are all affecting the world every moment – our actions and states of mind matter, because we are so deeply interconnected with one another. So please do lend your support to help us make this vast offering from Ram Dass and friends accessible to all.

This is a wonderful podcast that shows us that we don’t have to go to India to discover and deepen personal transformation.

I loved this talk so much. I pulled over my car to do the meditation, as I was listening while driving. I swear I was meditating for an hour. During the breath work I noted my mind used a lot of tricks to distract me including fear, memories, and outside influences but I was present with my breath through most of it.

Loved this talk and happily shared on the facebok, via emails, etc etc etc. Must be heard

This is my favorite new podcast!
