BIPOC Satsang: The Miracle of the Body (We’re all just full of shit)

A scheduling mix up led to this session not taking place, our apologies! We plan to meet this upcoming Monday in order to tap back into the energy that has been created by this far reaching and widespread community. This gathering will center around exploring the curriculum of being an embodied individual. As we navigate this world in these “spacesuits,” it is easy for us to focus on the pain in our knees instead of the miracle of pain…in the shit we hold in, instead of the miracle of the digestive system (both physical and energetic). We are all just full of shit. Full of sorrows, disappointments, angers, and resentments. But our bodies have systems designed to evacuate that which no longer serves us. It is our hope to come together, and remember that something as simple as the poop taken everyday, can teach us profound lessons about how to be a more embodied, lighter human being

The BIPOC Satsang has been formed to help build allyship and agency among people who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color/world majority to foster greater connection, involvement, and representation around the teaching of Ram Dass and Neem Karoli Baba.

For those who identify as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color, we invite you to this monthly virtual gathering to discuss unique topics and share your experiences and needs within the LSRF community.
