Getting Free in the Face of Oppression, Here and Now – An Intimate Conversation with Anu Gupta

In this unique joint session of the BIPOC and LGBTQIA Fellowships we will host and interview Anu Gupta and explore his work in his new book Breaking Bias: Where Stereotypes and Prejudices Come From and – the Science Backed Method to Unravel Them, with a foreword from His Holiness the Dalai Lama.Together, we will discuss practical strategies for responding to and resisting oppression as community members and spiritual practitioners.
Anu is an educator, lawyer, scientist, and the founder and CEO of BE MORE with Anu, a learning and developing company that trains professionals across corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors to advance inclusion, belonging, and wellness.
