Groundless and Boundless: Healing in Difficult Times with Ralph De La Rosa
November 1 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm PDT
Groundless and Boundless: Healing in Difficult Times with Tibetan Buddhism and Internal Family Systems
Featuring Ralph De La Rosa, LCSW
Ram Dass taught that every moment is the perfect teacher. How is this possible when things are groundless – i.e. uncertain and constantly changing? How is this possible when we find ourselves anxious, angry, too tender, or even working with big traumas?
Fortunately, there is a way. A way to heal and thrive and even find joy in the most challenging of times – by uncovering the boundless qualities of the heart.
Join psychotherapist and author Ralph De La Rosa for an evening that will bring together the inner technologies of East and West. In blending processes native to both Tibetan Buddhism and Internal Family Systems therapy, we will engage practices that slow down the mind, open the heart of compassion, and bring about clarity.
