Teachings for Turbulent Times with Amy Buetens and Julie Weinstein
November 7 @ 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm PST
You and I are the force for the transformation in the world. We are the consciousness that will define the nature of the reality we are moving into. Shifting our consciousness has the power to change our inner and outer universe. That’s why you work on yourself. That’s what help you offer. You work on yourself through everything in your life. ~Ram Dass
Especially now, while mental health issues, suicide rates, climate catastrophes, and political divisiveness are at an all-time high, deepening in Ram Dass’s teachings can provide just the critical guidance that we need to work with our karmic curriculum, navigate inevitable suffering, and live a meaningful life. Whether you’re nurturing your inner child while reparenting yourself, attempting to consciously parent during these turbulent times, or are a teen in search of truth and support in a rapidly changing world, Ram Dass knew that no matter where each of us may be on our spiritual path our shared journey of self-discovery is a multi-generational and universal experience that calls for unity and community encouragement. With a beginner’s mind, let’s explore timeless Ram Dass teachings to incorporate or recommit to on a daily basis that will sustain an open heart, a quiet mind, and an inclination to be of service.
