Women’s Satsang: Embracing Here – Bhakti Yoga Practices for the Summer Transition

Navigating the summer transition with Yoga and Ayurveda. Join Angela (Dharma) Fears as she highlights and shares on how to ground your practice and prepare for transitions with a few tools common to Yoga and Ayurveda. Inspired by the wisdom of Ram Dass’ Still Here, we will review Breathwork and Ayurvedic Summer Herbs/Flowers recipes. Summer mantras based on Vedic Astrology will be offered to add your meditation or affirmation practice.
Angela (Dharma) Fears is an Engineer who transitioned to a life of service in health care as she navigated using Yoga for her own healing journey. An LMT, Yoga Therapist and Sound Healer,
She is a peer certified Yoga Teacher Trainer with an E-RYT500, and certified in Holistic Health Coaching, Ayurveda and Mindfulness Meditation Practices. She has taught at Banner NeuroWellness, Optum Clinic , TeleVeda and Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. This year she has worked with Chandler Symphony and Inspirato Education to bring STEM, music and mindfulness to schools and communities in Chandler, AZ.

The Women’s Satsang has been formed to help cultivate heart connection and allyship among people within the Ram Dass Community who identify as women, whether cis gender, non-conforming, or non-binary women. As an autonomous group, our purpose is
- to deepen into the teachings of Ram Dass and Neem Karoli Baba from a female perspective
- to foster connection and mutual empowerment within the Ram Dass Community, and
- bring forward the wisdom of women for the benefit of all beings and the earth.
